NYC Service Networks came to my home to clear a clogged bathtub. The bathtub wasn't fix and I was charged $600.00
I called another plumber and he fixed it and I was charged $60.00.

Review: My bedroom radiator was leaking. I contacted the above company and they sent someone who they said was a licensed plumber. He replaced the radiator valve at a cost of $200. He gave it a brief test(11/*/14/ and said everything is fine.On 11/**/14 the leak started again. I called the company and explained the problem. They called the plumber and w/o a visit said it was my radiator. I asked for another plumber and they said that would be $25 because this plumber does not like to fix another's mistake. At 9 a.m. they said they would send someone @2p.m. no one came and they never called back. These a fraudulent business practices at best. I would like a total refund since I have to call another plumber to fix their mistake. I do have a paid bill from this company.Desired Settlement: I would like a total cash refund since I paid in cash.
