Review: I signed up with NYC.Com company for free e-mail service in 2002, however in 2013 I guess the company decided if customers wanted to keep their e-mail address it will now be a paid service. They only sent one e-mail regarding the change and then disconnected my service, I complained about this situation and then the representative stated they will provide me a courtesy and let me keep my e-mail address till July [redacted], 2014. However, the recently disconnected my service before the time they have allotted.Desired Settlement: To keep my e-mail address with the service provide by the company up till the due date stated to me by the representative. In fact because I had to e-mail NYC.com multiple times they should let me keep they service without payment.
