We reserved a specific type of vehicle approximately weeks in advance of our trip The day prior to our departure we contacted Enterprise to see if we could pick up the vehicle one day early We were told that we could not but they did verify that they would be able to accommodate us We drove past the business and saw that the vehicle that we reserved was on the lot The day we were to leave we contacted Enterprise and were told that they could fulfill our reservation and upon arrival the vehicle we reserved was on the lot When we went to pay we were delighted to find that the price was actually cheaper than what we reserved When we asked to the reason we were told that they were putting us in a smaller vehicle We explained that the vehicle that they were trying to place us in was TOO SMALL I am 6' tall and pounds and was the smallest of the four of us We were then told that if we wished to have something larger then we would be required to rent a much more expensi
