Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by NYCRavers, Ltd. regarding complaint ID ***.Sincerely,*** ***

Review: In July of 2013 I purchased 2 tickets to a concert being hosted by NYCR called Vinyl Fantasy on Friday, July ** at The Electric Warehouse in Brooklyn. I was charged $62.00 for the two tickets. This event was canceled the night of, at the very last moment. I was not notified until I was half way to the event, by a friend, no less the company. On Monday, July **, I received an email regarding the situation, with quite a few offers to rectify the situation. They offered a refund, but they also offered another option that sounded better at the time. They offered to give me VIP tickets for the next Vinyl Fantasy that would be held on November ** with free giveaways and the chance to meet the DJs. It sounded great, so I responded with my choice, saying that I would accept the VIP tickets. On August [redacted] I got another email saying that the November [redacted] rescheduling for this event would be canceled and that they "are gonna do VINYL FANTASY possibly new years eve but we are still in negotiations regarding that. If not then, then in January/Early Feb 2014" They also said they'd give 100% off codes to use for the next Vinyl Fantasy as well. (Those never came either)This email sat in my inbox for quite a while unread, since I don't use email often. On September [redacted] I opened it and replied with an email explaining that things were too complicated now and that I'd like a refund. On October [redacted] I sent a second email asking for a refund and still was ignored. On November [redacted] I messaged the NYCRavers page on Facebook explaining everything fully, and politely asked for a refund but still never heard back from them.On November [redacted] I sent a 3rd email asking for a refund and I have still been ignored, as I see them always posting new information about events. With each email I asked politely but I feel my politeness is getting me stepped on by a company that doesn't care about it's customers.Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back. I'm not asking for anything crazy. I paid them for tickets to an event that was continuously canceled, and I don't want to waste any more time with a company that cannot reliably host events. They received my $62.00, and I received absolutely nothing in exchange. I would just like my money back.
