Review: I purchased Zuo modern chairs from NYLAExpress on November [redacted] 2013. My card was charged for this purchase. Half of the purchase goods was delivered over a month after the stated delivery date. I called the company severally to find out where the other half of my goods were and they never answered their calls or respond to emails. At the end of January I finally got through to a customer service person who stated that I would be refunded within a week. It is now the end of March and I have received no refund and I still haven't been able to get through to their customer service reps or gotten any responses to my many emails. The situation is completely fraudulent.Desired Settlement: Please can I just have my money refunded. I have learnt my lesson about making purchases online.

Review: I placed order NLW2204 on 1/**/2014. On 1/**/2014, I submitted a ticket to find out where my order was. On 1/**/2014 after Customer Care failed to respond to my request, I called Nyla Express at [redacted]. I selected option 2 to track and order, but no one picked up the three times and it went to a voicemail recording. On the fourth call, I selected option 1 to place an order and someone answered and said he saw where I was billed on 1/**/2014 and that I should be receiving a shipping email within the week. It is 1/**/2014 and no shipping email or tracking number has been sent to me. I called Customer reserve to track order and it goes to voicemail. Ive yet to receive an update from my original email I sent to Customer Service on 1/**/2014. This is the worst customer service I've seen from a company.Desired Settlement: I want my order to be shipped and I want an apology from the company in writing.

Review: On NYLAEXPRESS.com they advertise an item called , Baxton Studio Tolland Modern Bar Stool whit. Item # BS-479. On the website the price is $149.99,in the product description section of the page, in the description it says," SOLD AS A SET OF TWO " not once but twice! I purchased two sets of the stools (4 stools)for a total of $299.98. I received two stools and contacted the business to find out where the remaining two stools were. I called, left voicemails and sent e-mails numerous times. Then finally spoke with a [redacted] I asked him to look at the product page and read the product description. He read it and agreed that it said "sold as a set of two". He told me maybe the item was on back order and shipped seperately,he'd look into it and call me back. I haven't heard from him since. If you do a web search on the product all other websites sell this item as a set of two. Overstock.com, opentip.com. NYLAEXPRESS is ripping people off and trying to sell the stools separately when the product page advertises them as sold as a set in the product description and dimension" section. I would have never purchased from NYLAEXPRESS had I know they were trying to sell them separately. After I left messages complaining about the problem and told them I would contact Revdex.com, they sent me on 8-**-2013 ane-mail stating " your item has shipped" with no tracking #, to fool me.this business has extremely poor customer support and service and I will never shop with then again!Desired Settlement: I want them to honor their advertisement on this product . If it says "sold as a set of two" then they should send two for $149.99. I bought two sets, so I want two more stools sent to me. Or they can refund me $149.99. Or they can arrange to pick up the two stools they did send me at their cost,and refund all of my money$299.98. I do not want them to charge me for return shipping or a restocking fee.If the stools are sold separately then the product page shouldn't say "sold as a set of two"not once but twice, in the description of the product. That is deceptive advertising and misleading! I want what they advertise or I want my money back. I shouldn't be penalized for their mistake.

Review: I first ordered a chair from Nyla in November 2013. It arrived severely damaged in the beginning of December 2013. I immediately contacted the company and per their request sent photos proving the damage. After calling repeatedly for a response they finally advised that they would be sending me a new chair ASAP, citing delivery by end of December 2013. They also advised that I can dispose of the damaged chair. After the holidays when the chair had still not arrived, my husband and I both called & emailed repeatedly (upwards of 20+ times), leaving voicemails, and as of today, February **, 2014 have received absolutely NO response from Nyla.Desired Settlement: I would like Nyla to fulfill their promise of replacing the damaged chair. If they are unable to, they should offer a full refund of $369.99.

Review: NYLA Express advertised the Zuo Modern Arica chair on their website for $139.99. I called the store to inquire if 6 chairs were in stock and ready for delivery. I was told that they had 16 chairs in stock, to place my order online and the chairs would be shipped within 3-4 days. I purchased the chairs online and my credit card was immediately charged. Several days later, I received an email from ViveDecor advising that my order had been refunded. I submitted an inquiry about the status of my order on NYLA Express's website since the status of the order was still showing a DROP SHIP. I didn't receive a response from NYLA Express, but the order status is now showing REFUNDED. The price of the Zuo Modern Arica chair on their website is now showing as $179.99.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate an explanation of why the seller did not honor the price at which they sold the merchandise.

Review: I made a purchase online with NYLA Express on 7/* for two items. I received the purchase confirmation immediately, but then several days passed and there was not info on the delivery. I tried calling the customer support number listed on their website, but after being on-hold for several minutes no one picks up. I have noticed no one ever answers this phone, despite giving the customer the impression that you are on-hold for several minutes. I also submitted multiple requests online about the order, and finally after a few days I received an email saying the order was being processed and getting ready for shipment. They shipped one of the two items and we received it yesterday, 7/**. I have yet to inspect it for damages and to make sure it's the right item. On 7/**, I also noticed that the item that was not shipped yet, was ordered incorrectly, so I tried to contact them to cancel that item. Again, no one ever answers that phone and despite multiple messages, I have had no response. I had the number on auto-dialed and have called at least 30 times, and every time you are on-hold and then go into a voice mail box. I have submitted three requests online, and have heard nothing back. At this point I am outraged. I have no confirmation that the wrong item was cancelled, so I don't know if they will deliver and charge me for it, and given that they never respond, getting a refund back would probably never happen. I believe this is a scam and I advise everyone to stay away from this company.Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel this order and be refunded on my credit card. Review: On October **, 2013 I ordered a Vermont Casting 523 Built in grill with stainless steel doors, and an additional side burner. I received an immediate confirmation on the order and it stated the item would be shipped in 4-5 weeks. The weeks passed and no grill or side burner. In January of 2014 I received an email that stating the grill was back-ordered and the company would be producing a new grill for distribution by the end of January. I received an email stating that my credit card was billed and the items would be shipped in week. Needless to say the items never came and my repeated attempts to contact NYLA went unanswered. When I finally spoke with the sales rep [redacted], he informed me that the company stopped making the 523 and they would ship me the 524 for the same price and I should have it in a few days. As usual, the days went by with no grill or feedback from NYLA. I have repeatedly called to check on the status of my order of my Vermont Casting 524 Built In Grill and side burner. My order was placed October 2013. The grill finally arrived two weeks ago but is missing the stainless steel doors that are listed in the description on their home page. I have left countless messages with no response back and when I spoke with [redacted], it has always been someone else’s fault and an empty promise that he will get back to me in which he never does. At this point I am requesting a full refund for services and items not delivered. Today is May **, 2014 and my order is still not complete.Desired Settlement: At this point I am requesting a full refund for services and items not delivered ($1956.00) and a full refund and the construction costs of built in unit ($4,000.00) that was built at my house to fit the Vermont Casting 524 grill, door insert, and side burner.
