Nyle Maxwell Taylor, It all started on the 30th of Dec when my wife and I received a flyer in the mail saying come test drive a vehicle and we will appraise yours and get a Complimentary Ram Grizzly Grip Tumbler 20ozso my wife and I did just thatHowever the sales man will call him Egave us a truck to test drive it wasn't the color I wanted but he says there all the sameso we get back from our test drive my truck still had not been appraised so I said I would like our tumblers please E says we don't have them yetI said okSo I went back on the 6th of Jan and I asked if the tumblers were available the one guy behind the counter said I will check I guess he called someone he said he did but they were not available so I asked if I could get my truck appraised just to see where I was atSo I was linked up with a sales female will call her SB and I told her strait from jump street I am in no way wanting my credit to be ran, because I have been working on it for two years so my wife and I can purchase land and build a cabin she had assured me that a hard check would not happen and I believed her because I have not signed any thing saying they could run itSo SB said go out and look at our truck inventory and I (SB) will have your truck appraisedI did and when I got back to her cubicle she told how the appraisal went of course it wasn't in my favor but I said okSB said I will talk to the finance guy in the morning will call him JWI said ok and asked her to give me a call when the tumblers came in SB said she wouldAnd I leftI started getting alerts from my credit monitor I didn't think nothing of it until Monday the 9th of January when I looked at my credit from the 6th of Jan to the 9th of Jan the finance guy JW ran hard hits on my creditI raised HELL with SB and JW and when I told JW I never signed any paperwork for him to run my credit JW said I am sure you did, and I said in my big boy voice SIR I KNOW FOR DAM FACT I DID NOT SIGN MY NAME FOR YOU TO RUN MY CREDIT!!!!!! JW says can I put you on hold and I will check I said sureJW comes back on the line and MR Zabala your right I have no documents signed by you allowing me JW to run your creditI said I told you that to begin withJW tell me next that all I have to do is fill out paperwork I told JW to back the hell up I am not doing a dam thing you JW and your company will unscrew this mess not meI asked to talk to his General Manager will call him SD, I told SD what has happened and he told me he would fix itHe seemed concerned at first but then his professionalism and him taking responsibility for his employees actions went southI called SD on the 10th of Jan and informed him that Nyle Maxwell ran more hard hits on my credit and SD says "Are you sure it was us, it could have been other lenders doing it on your behalf" I said my BEHALF I never asked anyone or approved of anyone to do it on my behalf to begin withand the last hard hit was done on the 11th of Jan So when talking to SD on the phone on the 10th of Jan SD tells me to come into the dealership the next morning and he would have paperwork for me to sign to UNSCREW my situation they put me inSD said if I am not there the female at the desk will have the paperworkSo the morning of the 11th of Jan I arrived at Nyle Maxwell Taylor at hrsthat's AMNot only was SD not there but neither was the paperwork the female at the desk called JW in finance and he wouldn't even come out to speak to meSo I left my name and phone number with the female at the desk and she said he will call me as soon as he came back from his meetingWellThat never happened, So I called SD this morning Jan and he gave me an excuse on why he never called me, I have zero tolerance for an excuse, the maximum effective range for an excuse is ZERO!!!!! Especially coming from the highest ranking person thereIf he cannot take responsibility for his actions how can the people under him be expected tooSo I called the manager at N FM Austin, TX Sales: (512) 493-8117, I figured Nyle Maxwell says there all about Family and Customer First the Manager I talked to there heard my story said he would call me back and you know what I believed him and you know what he did not call me backYou know how embarrassing this is for me a Disabled Vet being treated like a piece of crap in front of my wife and it never was any fault of mineWhen I called that other manager I asked for Mr Maxwell he told me he wasn't available that he might be out on his ranch with his family I said that was niceSo now that Nyle Maxwell Taylor has ruined my credit without my permission I will have to wait a few more years to get my Ranch I hope this matter is resolved in a professional manner that it will show that The Maxwell organization was 100% at fault

First of all I am filing this complaint for my father [redacted] I have his power of attorney, he is almost years old and is not capable to handle this himselfWe have already talked to the Finance Manger at the dealership and he says they can do nothingThe problem is that according to the salesman he went to my fathers house in cedar park, with my nephew, [redacted] ***, also my fathers [redacted] At this so called meeting this salesman somehow thought my father knew what he was doing, HE DID NOTMy father insists he did not buy a car and wants this car taken out of his nameThis is an almost year old man with [redacted] , I don't believe for one instant that your salesman thought he knew what was going onHe does not remember this visit, he does not remember your salesmanAll he says is he never went to a dealership and never bought a carHe believes you have to go the dealership to buy a car, this is how he has always done it, and obviously being almost that is how

I purchased my vehicle at Nyle Maxwell of Taylor end of When vehicle arrived on lot it was an overcast and rainy dayAnd as most people who buy a $70k vehicle are full of excitement and only did a brief walk around vehicleI am sure if dealership would of actually shown and given me a proper delivery it may have been caught before leaving lotWell, weeks after purchase I noticed a badge was missing from vehicleSo I contacted my salesman [redacted] about itSaid he would talk to the manager about getting it ordered as its a factory installed itemAfter a week of no response from ***, I contacted Dodge directly about this and other issuesEven Dodge couldn't get ahold of anyone at dealership and I was told they were short staffedDodge was able to set me up with another dealership to address the warranty item concernsBut Dodge stated I have to get dealer to order and install missing badgeSince I am unable to get a response out of dealership this was my next step in the ch

As I explained to Mrs. [redacted] this is a New vehicle (never been titled) qualifies for all the manufacturer's incentives and any special interest rates that may apply when purchasing a new vehicle. Furthermore, I normally would offer to pick up the vehicle and drop off a loaner until everything...

is fully functional with the vehicle, but she lives in Arizona and so that wasn't an option. That is why we explained to her it is under full warranty so she can take it to the local Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store in her area and they can fix whatever needs to be fixed (likely the place she will continue her service needs with). Also, after discussing the issues with my new car manager, he thinks it's just a programming issue that needs to be addressed. Furthermore, as I tried to explain to her, sometimes even new vehicles have issues that arise and that's why there is a full warranty on them. They also have recalls (sometimes with 100 miles on them) but that doesn't warrant the dealer to buy back the vehicle. Keep in mind the vehicle itself was driven by her all the way back to Arizona, so there is no safety issues obviously, just some need of programming the seats.  We have sent her manual to her last Friday. As far as buying the vehicle back, we don't consider buyer's remorse a reason to consider buying a vehicle back.

I am rejecting this response because:A) I specifically asked [redacted], my salesperson, to have the vehicle inspected to ensure that ALL things were working correctly, including by not limited to the cooled/vented seats, I asked him if the vehicle would be serviced, etc, he assured me the vehicle was inspected and EVERYTHING was in working order!  Text message as proof.B) Not inspecting a vehicle because the only reason it can be sold as NEW is because it has never been titled out of the dealership name is NOT an excuse. If this vehicle was taken in on a trade and being resold, it would have gone through a vigorous inspection to be sold as "Certified Pre-Owned" vehicle, and this vehicle should have had nothing less that a CPO inspection!  In the real world a vehicle that has been driver 4,882 miles is a USED CAR, dealerships use the guise that the vehicle has "never been titled" in any other than the dealership name to get over on unsuspecting customers such as myself.C) I further reject, whomever wrote, the dealership reply, in so far as the comment  "so there is no safety issues obviously"  about my making the trip home and arriving safely. First I do believe he meant there "are" no safety issue, which is not entirely true. There are no safety issues that I can tell, how do I know that the Adaptive Cruise Control, Advanced Brake Assist, Full Speed FWD Collision Warn Plus all work ?  How do I know that God forbid that should I be in a situation where one of these functions was needed and malfunctioned I am seriously maimed or die because the dealership failed to check all these things, when specifically asked?  It's called Vicarious Liability, and my family has been notified that should something like that happen to me and it is determined one, all or any combination thereof is the cause, then Nyle Maxwell CJD is responsible, because they did not do a full inspection of the vehicle before advertising, then selling it. D)  Why did the "executive" or "family member" not disclose ( or did they and nothing was done about it) that these things did not work? I supposed a subpoena of records will answer that question.E.) A Owners Manual was ONLY sent after constantly asking the sales person for one, and this too SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE VEHICLE.F.) On another note, same as the other person complained about, this dealership after being specifically told NOT to run my credit and 'shop' me around because I had my own outside financing, they did  so anyway..... Revdex.com... see a pattern here ?G.)  I resent the 'buyers remorse' comment, I am not remorseful I bought this vehicle, I AM remorseful I bought it from Nyle Maxwell CJD!  And if they would like to say they are a reputable dealership, and aside from an apology, do the right thing.
