The guest is complaining because she could not be refunded for a reservation that she wanted to cancel.? However she cancelled well outside the cancellation policy.? The policy states she has until 3pm the day of the reservation to cancel which she did not dispute.? She did not cancel until 1am the next morning.? her reservation was for 12/31/and she had until 3pm on 12/to cancel, she called at 1am on 1/1/to try to cancel.? when we explained the policy to her she did not agree and felt if she was not staying she should not have to pay for a room she was never in
