Review: I just received a magazine form this company but I dont know who they are and I never asked for one ,I dont want to receive things I did ask for or have I ever been in contact with.,I dont know were to contact them since ther isnt any information that came with the magazine but I know that receiving means agreeing to receive more .Desired Settlement: to never receive anything from them if I dont ask for it.

Review: I placed an order on may [redacted] vía [redacted] I bought a nice sweater for my girlfriend living in France. I did not have a problem placing my order. As it today, the recipient (my girlfriend) haven't received the product. It's been almost 4 weeks.

In their website, reads the following: International Shipping (2-3 weeks): to UK, Canada, France, Australia, all other locations. Flat rate with tracking.

I did not received a tracking number nor I was emailed back when requesting a status or tracking information. I paid $40 dollars for the shipment of the producto to Paris, France.

Other than email, there's no other way to get in contact with their customer service team (if they have any at all).

I just need a contact or an answer from them explaining the non delivery of the product purchased.
