Review: I was a member of NYMAG and wished to cancel in the spring of 2014. I was told by the school to send a registered letter to [redacted] to cancel billing. It is also clearly stated on their website to cancel, a registered letter is to be sent to the [redacted] address stating you wish to cancel your membership. I sent a letter informing them of my cancellation due to work scheduling. The money was still automatically being taken out of my account at the end of the year. I have tried to contact the billing dept. numerous times but it is through e-mails because I cannot get a phone number. I have changed my bank account so they cannot have access. I now received a call from a co. called Member Solutions who says they are the billing co. for the school and that I owe THEM money. They have been taking 49.50 from my account for almost a year. They are telling me I have to send a registered letter to them in **. Please help!Desired Settlement: Refund of money automatically deducted from my account without authorization since I sent a letter of cancellation in the spring.

Review: We used to take our kids to Karate classes at the NYMAG in New Windsor New York. They have since closed that location and are only in their Wappingers Falls location (about 30 minutes from our house). We've cancelled the contract according to the instructions on their website however they keep charging us. We've sent them emails, left them voice mail messages, and we've even gone out there to speak to them however, they haven't responded to us. Fortunately for us, my bank ([redacted]) has allowed me to dispute the charges on my credit card.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stop charging me.
