At this time, I have been contacted directly by NYS Inmate Packages regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

havent received it and I have called emailed and left voicemails

Business did not issue refund. Indicated refund was sent through [redacted] several days after sends email indication refund could not...

be credited due to insufficient funds in the business' bank account.  Subsequently contacted [redacted] which investigated, and issued a refund.  This business seems to be a scam, and should be investigated for fraud
