Review: I agreed to have the company open my pool, add the chemicals need to open for the season for the agreed price of $299 and do one hour of vacuuming for $70. I paid the $369 plus tax. When I saw they did not attach the ladder, waste line, or scrub the walls and remove the floating tree branches or vacuum the pool I called to complain. The pool was dark and filthy. I told them that my prior pool company did all those things as part of the opening. I complained that the filter was not working properly. They left the pins that secured the pool cover in the up position. I tripped and fell due to their negligence. I complained that if they did a backwash without the waste line the water would hit my heater and possibly damage it. They said they would send someone down to take care of everything. They did not say there would be an additional charge. Yesterday I received a bill for over $326.09 for backwash, additional chemicals vacuuming and ladder flange. I was not asked or nor did I approve of these additional charges. I called and left them a message not to come to my home. They ignored that message and showed up again. I have yet to determine if my heater was damaged by their negligence. I know that the chemicals added are a waste of time until the filter issue is resolved. I still have to determine if the filter issue was caused by their negligence as well.Desired Settlement: Cancel all bills other then the first one I agreed to and paid.

Without the filter working properly no amount

of chemicals could clean the pool. NYS Pool could

not diagnose the real problem and just wasted a lot of time and chemicals. Besides

coming initially one week late, we lost 2-3 additional weeks of the season.

In the spirit

of settlement I am prepared

to pay 25% of their additional bill of $326.09 dated 6/**/13

if and when I receive a written letter of apology. I paid their original opening

bill a long time ago.
