I placed my order on 4/27/20 for two items. One item was on back order, the other was in stock. The confirmation email said both items would ship when the back ordered item became available. That is completely acceptable. Back ordered item became available, it shipped and I received it no issue. However, the second item didn't ship with it as it should have. I contacted the *** via email, no response after a week so I called. I've called a total of 6 times now. Each time a new answer. First, I was advised that it should have shipped and they put in a request, give it 3 days and it would ship. No shipment. Called again and was told to wait a few more days. I said no thanks, I'd like a supervisor. They said one would call me back same day. Didn't happen. I called again, was told talking to a supervisor wasn't a "real thing" and that I needed to give it time. Called a week later, was told a request was put in and she guaranteed it would ship in 3 business days. It didn't. Called yet again, they advised a supervisor would call me same day with my shipping update OR an option to cancel. No one called me. Sent another email, no response. Did the online chat and was told that there ARE supervisors you can speak with but to call ***. Called again, the final time, was told that they couldn't cancel the order, cancelling isn't an option. I told the rep that I have indeed cancelled orders in the past and she flat out told me that wasn't true. She CALLED ME A LIAR. She refused a supervisor because they're working from home and none are available, she said she would send a check for a refund of the item although I hadn't been charged but that I would have to give it 3-4 weeks with no way to track it. So more waiting. Needless to say, I've gone elsewhere for my makeup needs. I've been shopping with NYX for the last 3 years and I'm SO disappointed in the females that are the *** representatives. I realize that we are in a time of nothing but mess, but that doesn't justify poor treatment by "professionals". No one knows what's actually going on, what the policies are or are not. Shame on you NYX. Reevaluate your hiring and training process. Terrible *** can ruin even the best of products.

The employee informed me that it will take a few weeks to ship so I asked for a refund and she couldn't give me a guarantee.
I placed an order May 8th they said due to covid it will ship in 7 to 10 days which normally is 2 to 3 days. I emailed them on May 15th about my order she said it will ship right away. When I called today to get an update on my order she said it will take a few more weeks. I told her that didn't work for me so I would like a refund. She said she couldn't cancel my order right now and give me a refund. I asked to speak to some one above her and she stated that they don't have a direct contact she would have to email them. I told her I didn't want to wait a few weeks for her to cancel my order and give me my refund. She said it wasn't anything that she could do...My order number is *** The total was $56. I payed online with a master's card.

Desired Outcome

I would like my refund issued as soon as possible and I would like for them to put on their website that orders will take weeks to ship instead if 7 to 10 days due to covid 19

Complaint resolved

Sent me an empty package; only had the receipt.
Ordered a package on March 2, 2020, package was shipped on March 3, 2020 was supposed to be delivered on March 11, 2020. Checked the tracking link on March 8, 2020 and the shipping date kept changing. Called the company on March 12, 2020 to check on the order and the agent said FedEx lost my package and that she would resend my package; went to the mailbox today and the package was there but it was empty it only contained a receipt listing the items.

They have reshipped my items.

I have written several times regarding a missing item in my order. NO response! Very, very, poor customer service!!
All I want is for them to send the advertised free mascara with my order.

The company has, (perhaps with your intervention), shipped to me, the missing item. They never responded to MY messages. Thank you!

Thier creme brulee butter gloss is my fave. If you have issues with them directly from a third seller. Such as Amazon, Ulta, even CVS and Walgreen carry their products. Im a fan and will continue to buy.

I placed an order for a total of 4 items. I never received any shipping or tracking information. I was charged but then a credit was issued. I called to check on this but could never get through to anyone. I was then charged again and a few days later I did receive my package, but two items were missing and I was charged for those. I have called several times and sent emails, but haven't received any response. I am very unhappy with this company and I feel like I have been scammed. Do not order from this company.

This is THE WORST online purchasing experience and customer service I have ever dealt with. I placed an order 9/12 - by 9/25 I wanted to cancel after no confirmation that items would ship. I called 7 times (spent HOURS on the phone waiting for someone to answer and/or call back), left 3 voicemails, sent 3 emails, and heard nothing. CRICKETS. A week later I made numerous calls again and finally spoke with a person who claimed by order was cancelled. Then magically, 2 days later my order was shipped, not cancelled. I have already purchased the product from someone else. Lord knows I am not even going to begin trying to get a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and a terrible way to treat customers. From the looks of it - I am not the only one that has had this issue. Such a shame and absolutely INFURIATING. They've lost my business.

NYX Cosmetics are great. However their products are only sold at beauty supply stores and CVS. They are never on sale at beauty supply stores but they are sometimes on sale at CVS which is a plus. NYX had a great black friday sale of 40% off of everything. I took advantage because a lot of the times the products that I am looking for are not available in the few stores I am able to find them in. I placed an order on 11/29/15. I received no confirmation, no tracking information, or any type of order status...they didnt even debit my account until December 11th. Prior to that time I sent several emails and called several times as well to cancel the order because I thought something was wrong but I had no response. Before the 11th I hadn't heard anything and since no money had been taken I thought the order was cancelled until I saw they had charged me for it. I received it on 12/17 but one of the products inside was damaged. I have called and emailed everyday for the last week and still again no response. Nothing to acknowledge that they received my inquiry and that they were working on it. I guess I will have to take the damaged product and make this a lesson learned. I just want to get my money back or a new replacement. I understand with the holidays that sometimes companies get backed up or behind but they could at least let customers know that they are having delays and that they will get to them as soon as possible. some small response is better than nothing. I do not recommend ordering online for this product if you can help it. maybe you will have a better experience than I did as well as several others. Take a look at their Facebook page...there are vast amounts of complaints about the shipping status, customer service, and severe delays in ordering with no response from their customer service team. This is not the way that you treat customers. The customer service response should be better than that.
