The Technicians are very knowledgeable and professional They explain fully the issues encountered with the computer and what they do to correct the problems We were so pleased with their courteous service that we had a PC and laptop serviced this week We certainly recommend this company with friends and family When a difficult issues arises they bump the service to a higher level technician immediately and aim to fix the issues quickly Extremely pleased with their service

of the problemI guess they were too busy or something.It is very common to forward work to other companiesWe have never advertised anywhere other than our website.Before we did any work, we told *** *** that there is a charge of $and she agreed to it. There is an attachment with all the paperworkexplaining the charges.I am sure she has record of the calls that she received and I can assure you that our number will not be thereWe start working with the clientsonly when they call us. We have never called anyone in 2+ years that we have in business for.$check that we received was authorized by her and sent to us thru a processing company that independently verifies all transactionsand they then process the checks.We do not take any money from anyoneOur processor *** ** *** verifies and sends us the checkIn fact, we never touch any checkas the check is sent directly to our bank(* * *** )who then deposits it in our account.I am attaching all the paperwork that shows *** *** authorizing us to debit her accountI am not sure as to why she is complaining.Please let me know if I need to provide any other document.Look forward to a complete resolution of this complaint.Take Care,sincerely,manjeet j***NYX TECHNOLOGIES, LLCNAVAHO DR.ALEXANDRIA, VA.22312###-###-####
