Review: Around November of 2014, we agreed a service of teardown and rebuild of our Warehouse Racking due to our move to the new location. In email and phone conversations, we agreed to pay 1,500 for the number of racks we have. Told him that if we could tear down some of our racks ourselves we should get some discounts and [redacted], the owner agreed. We were able to tear down quite a lot and helped even more on the complete tear down because they didn't have any equipment or any tools to do it. These are industrial racks and requires at least some power tools, but they have NONE. We even helped out on the rebuild of the racks. They didn't finish the job and I have to have inspection on them before I can put my products. They tried to bolt down the racks with wrong CA specs for industrial racks. I told [redacted] that I will have someone over to finish the job but need to dispute $500 which I will be paying the other company. I didn't hear from him so I went on to have it done. I disputed the $500 from my credit card but then he ended up using my credit card again and recharged me and sent fraud signatures to the Credit Card Merchant that I accepted the charges. Called my Card Company to do another dispute but this time with Fraud. There was no authorization sent for him to use my card and didn't sign anything to agree. But he fake signed my signature and sent to his merchant to recharge my card. He also charged me for $275 racks beams that I ordered from him but never gotten delivered. They tried to deliver once at first but the beams they got were wrong. I emailed, text messages and calls but no answer from him. And now I have $775 charges on my credit card. Not sure if these guys are operating with a Contractor License since they didn't provide me with one when I asked.Desired Settlement: I need them to refund the $500 plus $275. Customer service is indeed not qualified for this type of service they do. I will also need to bill them for 3 labor force that I had to use to help their guys ($612), plus the use of our heavy equipment ($300).
