In response to *** *** complaint, This project was about the remolding of her sons house, that she was paying forI personally have done a number of projects for *** with no problemsI personally think the biggest problem was her son kept filling her in
with bullEvery labor bill I passed in they said I didn't work that many hours, Unless you followed me every single minute, how would you know my hours From the very beginning, when I tried to order the six windows that we had talked about twice !!! and I learn they added three more to the project with out telling me until after I gave them the estimateSo then I try to explain to them this will cost more and I was meet with a blank stare from her son ,with no explanation Another time I receive a e-mail from her and a phone call from her sonThat they could save me time and money , there was a wall that I had to remove three old sheets of sheetrock and make a six foot opening to this wallSo there plan now was to make this wall totally open feet wide, So I couldn’t get it through there thick heads that is not going to save time and it was defiantly going to cost a lot more, I needed to jack up the wall and cut out all the boarding boards and studs and then install two micro- lam beamsThis is how this job went the whole time, I was warn by a bunch of people, not to work for him he doesn't have a clueI wished I had listen now. What they didn’t tell you was we had A deadline to a completion of this project, I was done ten days early ,even with the extras we didn’t run over by much . On the plumbing and heating person,( same person), The plumber gave and estimate on both phasesThey added heat to the second floor which wasn’t in his original est., the plumber gave them credit for a spa system that the owners had suppliedThe cost difference was over $ dollars extraThen the plumber told me the owner was suppose to remove all the old heat system and copper lines , well he didn’tso the plumber and his helper did the job and charge them for their time That cost was over $dollars I broke it down with the extras and the credits and they couldn’t get ,no matter how many times I tried to explain it to them.Has far as the leaks , I’ve only received one text about one leak and I quickly call the plumber and he fixed itAll's they had to do was contact me , I would have taken care of thisThis is the same plumber the home owner uses where he works, that partly why I used him, He had work for him on multiple projects.My so called drunken phone call, That wasn’t me being drunk ,it was me being very pissed offI received a text the night of June 16thstating that I would be held responsible for any damage done to the first floor that just got laidI inform him that that it was his responsibly , It wasn’t part of my jobI inform him I didn’t lay it nor did I make any money on itI even brought down to him a floor covering paper and he rolled out one row I couldn’t believe it when I walk in on that MondayAnyone of them could covered it I asked him why didn’t he ask me in a nice way , instead of a nasty way Got no answerIf he had ask nicely, I would have cover the floor for him and I would have had no problem doing itJust not his makeup I guess.They used there own electrician , because of this they offed me $1,to work with himI told them no thanksThey never said thanks for getting it done on time nor for not excepting the money offer. There should be a Revdex.comfor customers, they would head the listHands down I’ve been in business for years and never had this much problem.*** ***OB &Sons Inc
