....i've attempted numerous times to deal with obee, and they still claim material that never evolved from my car accident, which totaled my car- '07jeep grand cherokee-the accident which was written as a total, didn't look apparent to that outcome, so i.d., accident insurance coverage was exchanged between me and the party involved, no police involvement was needed, that's why I gave ALL INFO to my [redacted] insurance agent, and since then obee has turned my info into a collection agency -which has dropped my credit from 600-400!!!i need yet again Revdex.com involvement in this dilemma,because the last time I went to [redacted] oOutlet, to let them know, and apparently [redacted] , DID NOTHING!!!....so i'm back once again!since there was NO POLICE REPORT!!!...finish totaling the sum, & activate my GAP COVERAGE,& MAKE THE CORRECTION ON MY CREDIT REPORT!!!!

We understand the frustration as you’ve described Since taking out the loan in early 2017, eleven payments have been owed to date You have made payments but of those were reversed for insufficient funds, leaving only nine out of eleven payments actually owed With the NSF activity, a system error occurred advancing the due date and leaving you with 30+ day late payments when it should have been 60+ days late reported to the credit agencies As this is our error, we are willing to overlook the delinquency We read that you wish to have the payment reversed As you are already past due (payment was due on 1/4/18), reversing a payment would take your current due date to 12/4/and negatively affect your credit by reflecting a 30+ day late payment We also read that you request reimbursement of your $in overdraft fees We would be happy to honor that request as you are correct that the mailpayments was processed to the loan against your request It can be difficult when posting hundreds of mailed payments each day to catch each request even though we do try As you only have a loan with us, we can credit that $towards the loan if that would be satisfactory The other option we have is to mail you a cashier’s check to the address on record However, as the address on record is not the same as you’ve provided in this complaint, you may need to update your address with our contact center at 360-943-during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8-6)

For two months now, OBEE has overdrafted my bank account that I have my auto paymentsIn December of 2017, one of the representatives doubled my car payment without consulting meI called the bank to resolve the issue on December once I discovered my account was over draft hundreds of dollarsI was told no one was open and that they would put me on the call list at high priority for January 2nd when they would open againThey called me and stated they would return the money they had pulledI also informed them that because they overdrafted me, I was charged overdraft fees and could no longer afford the payment because of itI had also mailed a check to them, and told the representative that they could not cash it now because the check would bounceThe representative told me that she would tell the bank to shred the check once it came in the mail, and flagged my account so they would see itThe representative also said that as an apology, I wouldn't owe a payment again until

This is in response to CID ***Mr*** will need to follow up with his Gap Insurance coverage through *** *** *** in Port Orchard so they can pay the deficient loan balanceWe are not the policy holder so that is not something we can do on his behalf. Thank

I had had problems w/obee since my car was totaled, & "supposedly" settled via my gap coverage, but yet i'm harassed constantly by "bogus" claim's of non-usage charges, that never existed, because I never had a credit with obee, and now they're harassing me with "bogus" interest charges"that have come sporadically & want to know when will this ever end?i thought this matter was dealt with when I contacted them a couple of month's ago, via phone!that's why i'm contacting Revdex.com!this is RIDICULOUS!!!

My complaint against the Feaud department at Obee Credit Union has been resolved.

We understand the frustration as you’ve described.  Since taking out the loan in early 2017, eleven payments have been owed to date.  You have made 15 payments but 6 of those were reversed for insufficient funds, leaving only nine out of eleven payments actually owed.  With the NSF...
