I am very disappointed in the mop handle! This thing will not lock in the full extended position!
The spin works really well.

Really loved it at first but then the foot pedal on the spin bucket kept sticking. I googled how to fix and never could get it to work very long….back to square one. I was so frustrated I took the. I let outside and smashed it against a brick wall. I used it cleaning at my elderly mother’s (who is on hospice). I’m very disappointed in this product and will go back to a regular ole mop and bucket. I feel like I just threw my $$ away, literally. I already threw the bucket into the trash can and it’s been picked up, otherwise would post a photo.

Piece of Junk. I can't understand O cedar design this model that has poor quality designing. The mob is too small and doesn't clean as the original and the spin wheel is smaller than the original model the one for me is the best spin bucket of the whole world. I will return this piece of junk to O Cedar main office. ASAP. Shame on You. Thanks.

I had a problem with the Pro Mist mop not working properly and then the trigger stopped working. I called CS and they suggested to try something but it did not work. I advised them I had it a little over a year but kept trying to resolve the problem myself by cleaning it again according to directions. they requested a copy of my receipt and sent it to them. After they received it, they called me and said they would send me a coupon towards any O Cedar product. I've used their products for over 20 years and never had a problem before. I went out and bought the same product, which was improved in some aspects and coupon almost covered the full cost. Their CS was excellent each time I called them back to resolve the problem, about 3-4 calls. I find they took out some of the "bugs" new designs sometimes have. the new one works well.
