Got the custom parts for my truck I was looking everywhere for. Very Happy!

Review: On April 24,2014, I made an online purchase with Wheelz N Grillez for 2 Milanni Wheels MIL-448 size 20x8 priced $250.00 each. I used a [redacted] account to pay for these items. It is currently June and still have not received them. I have tried to call them and have been able to get in touch with anyone in the company. I have sent emails regarding this purchase. Via email, I have been informed that it will be looked into. Bottom line I still don't have the product.Desired Settlement: I would like to either have the product I purchased or a full refund.

Review: I ordered a part online through this company.

It was the wrong part.

I called them and was given a shipping address and and RMA number. I shipped it back to them.

When I have contacted them about the refund, they are telling me that because I did not use their shipping label they can not issue a refund.

This is basically what happened:

I called in the return over the phone, which at that time I was given an address of the warehouse to ship it. After I got off the phone with their customer service rep I immediately wrote the RMA on the box and went to mail the package as instructed by them. I was told by the customer service rep from their company it was confirmed that it was received.

Because of the lack of instruction from their customer service department I mailed it the way I did. Now they are telling me because I didn't use their label, which I didn't receive until it was already in the mail.

Their customer service rep 3 weeks ago over the phone told me that they were able to reference the RMA number and that they confirmed it with the warehouse. Then he proceeded to tell me that the refund would be processed and that it would go through pay pal?

I then had to call back in and see what was going on with it, they emailed me back and said they could not refund my money.

Basically I paid for a product, returned it to them as instructed by your customer service department, and I am not being issued a refund due to not using their provided shipping label.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund processed promptly.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

This company's customer service department over the phone gave me an address of where to ship the part and an RMA number to write on the package. Because of their customer service department's lack of knowledge towards their company policies, the agent did not make it clear to me they were sending a pre-paid shipping label until I had already placed the package in the mail.Secondly, I was told specifically by their customer service department a few weeks ago that the warehouse was able to track the RMA number and confirm that they did in fact receive the part. Not only that, but I was also told during the same call that I would be receiving a refund via [redacted].I never received the refund, and when I called back to speak with customer service, their phone systems are now changed so that you can not actually talk to a live person. You have to leave a message, and wait for a response.I didn't actually even receive a call back after leaving a message, I was emailed saying that they were not going to refund my money.This is unacceptable to me as a customer. Either I was blatantly lied to, or very mislead. Once again, I clearly didn't keep the product, it was confirmed by one of their employees that the warehouse did receive it, yet management is now refusing to follow through with the refund.Regards,

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered auto parts.Got no tracking updates. Called a week later to be told they are out of stock. They need to tell u upfront. Then got an email 2 weeks latet saying parts arrived and will be shipped next day. Never got parts or heard from them. Numerous emails never answered. They dont snswer phones either. 1 month later I email sayong either get my parts to me or cancel order. I receive a reply saying I qoute 'Do not comnand me around'. I have never had a more rude reply to a customer complaint. This company should not exist. Entire process took from oct 7 2013 till Nov 27 2013.If u have money to waste then order from them.

Review: I ordered parts for a truck on 11/01/13 and got a e mail regarding the info . But never received the items and the website will not respond to me or answer the phone at anytime of day, I have called other company's regarding the same products and they say the items are clearly on back order at the time the company had taken my money . I don't beleave that they should advertise items that are not available immediately. Also operate a company with ZERO customer service I have left countless messages and sent e mails with no responses til this date . I want my 401.00 dollars back that they have . Review: Ordered 1988-1998 CHEVY C10 /CK opt-1GT043-32100-B Range Rover Style Grille (Black Grille/Black Headlights).

FITS THESE APPLICATIONS = 1994-1999 Chevy Tahoe. $345.00 Ordered and got confirmation email showing order from Wheelz N Grillez. Email was date 7/16/2013, and Order Status was "UPS Pending". This status never changed. After few weeks called, and they said, item was back ordered, but would get in shortly and would update status. Few more weeks, and call again. Told this time having issue getting items through customs, but expecting to clear up in few weeks and would ship and update status. Continues this way until finally after 5 months, when call they say items made it through customs but didn't have enough to fill back orders, and item is now discontinued. Offer a different color of the item, which they say are in stock. So agree to that, and say will ship it out right away, and update order status. Order Status has never changed once and still showed UPS Pending. Called few weeks later, and told they didn't really have the different color either, and would I like a totally different type of Grill. Told them NO, and please refund my $345.00. This is now 12/19/2013. They say will Cancel order and send refund, and due to problems will refund in 8-10 days. Wait patiently, and no refund. Call after I month, 1/23/2013 and told I have to wait 45 days for a refund, then they end up cussing out, calling me every name in book, and hanging up on me. Then call back and say they don't have my credit information, and ask to have it given to them again. Explain to them, don't trust them, and would like a check, and mention Revdex.com. Got cussing out again, and hung up on again. Then CC me on email they sent inhouse to Patricia stating "customer threatening Revdex.com, and you know the drill, saving email showing tried to work it out with customer". Funny thing is the email they show in their inhouse was never sent to my email, others were asking for my credit card info, but not the one they say shows trying to work it out. In their Inhouse DOCTORED UP email, says 'offer to settle through [redacted] if I didn't want to give my credit card information' I sent email back to them stating I would like a check as had requested from them, and would expect it within next 2 weeks. I am not expecting to receive this and need your help.Desired Settlement: A refund for $345.00 in the form of a check sent to me.

This company has a bank account, and can cut a check for the refund.

I have a recording of these individuals yelling, cussing, and calling every name in the book, after asked to speak with a manager. Not just once, but multiple different times. They started the yelling and cussing, and person who was suppose to be manager was one who started it and continued it. After their many calls back, yelling and cussing again, stated would like refund, did not want to give CC information as did not trust them and found out that they have done this to many people. Found many complaints on web for this same thing. Said someone ought to go to Arizona to teach them how they should treat people. And it was the manager, who this was told to who was the one yelling, cussing, and calling every dirty name in the book, before would hang up, and then call back to harass again. Later other individual told me this person was owner, then manager, then just individual, to owner again. This owner/manager/etc. individual also said 'Money is Tight right now'.

This company has had my money since 7/16/2013, and many others, as interest free loans, on bogus/discontinued orders.

I would like a refund in the form of a check please.

Review: on 10/10/14 I placed an ordered for two 26 x 10 [redacted] 770 Hammer wheels from[redacted]. I got the following confirmation shortly after placing my order "Thank You for shopping Wheelz N Grillez.com. Your order will ship from our warehouse or directly from one of our vendor’s warehouse. Shipping status will be updated upon your item(s) entering the shipping process . We are greatful for the opportunity to service your aftermarket needs. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL... For order inquiry, please call customer service at ###-###-#### Sincerely, Team Wheelz N Grillez".

on 10/16/14 I contacted the company after hearing nothing back from them or receiving any product. I received a phone call apologizing for the delay and stating that the process was taking a little longer then usual because the wheels hade to have the lug nut pattern punched into them before they could be sent out. I also received an email stating an additional shipping charge was required, after a little apprehension and communication I paid that charge as well. Following payment I got an email confirmation.

on 10/25/14 late afternoon the wheels arrived, its is our practice as a business to have a witness when opening packages intended for a repair claim but the [redacted] agent in charge of the repair claim was no longer in the office so we did not open the boxes. we left the box where it is.

on 10/26/14 our business is closed.

on 10/27/14 We opened the boxes in front of the [redacted] agent and found these wheels to be minimally protected (only double cardboard boxed) and we then found damages to one of the wheels. we immediately called wheelzandgrillez to notify them. I received a phone call asking what my issue was, I then proceed to explain the damages found. Pictures of damages were requested by the company by email and were sent right away.

0n 10/28/14 I received the following email form a senior associate of the business stating it looks like damage from a wheel machine.

"Hello [redacted],

I viewed the images and forwarded them to our [redacted]. Just to let you know, he's already informed us that they inspect all wheels for any damage before shipping . Also, the damage is small and looks like someone clamped it to a wheel machine without protection. I installed wheels for years at our retail location in the past so I can recognize right off what we're looking at. Our policies make us bound to the manufacturer's return policies for drop shipments so we will have to abide by what they tell us on this one.

I then responded that they were the last people to do ant work to the tire and that if they were assuming we did damage by put it on a wheel machine it was impossible for three reasons: the first being the tires that are to be mounted onto the wheels have not been shipped to us from the mainland yet (I offered shipping information for verification). second we have a witness from another reputable company that can attest to the damages (their information for verification), and third we do not own a wheel machine and that all wheel related repairs are sublet out to another company (I offered to provide that companies phone number and information for verification)

on 10/29/14 I received the following message

"Hello [redacted],

[redacted] wheel is claiming 100% that they inspected the wheel before shipping and there was no damage. Our only option is to file a claim with [redacted], which from the looks of it, they won't accept liability. This process can take up to 6 weeks to complete with not guarantee of success.

How can that be when you yourself even stated that it was done by a wheel machine and you guys were the last people to work the tire for the lug pattern. it couldn’t have been shipping because the wheels were shipped at the same time and only one wheel was damaged like that. I'm appalled that the company wont take responsibility for its product after a senior associate at their own company had made the statement you have made. Let alone not providing adequate protection for your product while shipping. Your products are not cheap, and you should package them as such (provide protective padding/cushioning).I’m very unsatisfied, I'm sorry but I will be taking this up with the [redacted] and will provide them with this correspondence. thank you for all of your help I know there's nothing more you can do.
