As the owner of the company, I first became aware of the customer's (Ms. [redacted]) concern after her complaint was submitted to the Revdex.com. I took immediate action and spoke to my general manager and project manager. I then reached out to Ms. [redacted] within 24 hours of her e-mail to the Revdex.com, and...

then within 48 hours I personally visited her home and inspected the skylights. Ms. [redacted] and I had a great conversation in which I apologized for any gaps in communication and she acknowledged that after not getting a response from the project manager, she could have called our office prior to submitting a complaint. Ultimately, I explained that at O'Danny Boy Builders we pride ourselves in treating our customers with respect and quality service. I apologized for falling short with her issue, but assured her that we would assist her through the process of the skylight replacement this spring. One of the best companies out there!! Needed my home and garage roof replaced after windstorm on Feb. 2016. Insurance approved work but didn't want to pay for decking.
