were going to start the house she was telling me wait wait wait she never told me that she was selling the property so I gave up two other houses that I could've of care also I took several trips when she would request for me to go from downtown Houston all the way to spring because she wanted to make sure that the mold wasn't there and that the house was dry Haven but some kids to do the mold test so for my time believing the material thereAlso in the beginning I told her that was gonna be $per day on the humidifier and if she gave me the job I would do the job in the dehumidifier was gonna be for free since I'm not going but I did not do the job fair is fair is that 6x=what is the material in time I think it's more even now I told her that I will give her $back and that's what I will give her back if she wants but that's the last thing that I would do for her thanks any questions feel free to call me tonight

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint There was NEVER a discussion about a DAILY charge for a dehumidifier instead it was $total for a fan (he never supplied) and dehumidifier and the $would be waived if he did the drywall.He didn't turn down any jobs, he worked on two of my neighbors house (one next door and another across the street). The material he stored in my house was left over and brought to my house from his job ACROSS the street (rolls of insulation and dry wall sheets). Didn't find out until later that the dehumidifier he wants to charge me for was my neighbors personal dehumidifier that was brought from across the street not sure but Oscar's dehumidifier must have been at one of the job sites he supposedly turned down or maybe his River Oaks job he showed me pictures of the work he was doing on the floors. Couldn't tell him about selling the house because I didn't know. Wouldn't wish going thru a Hurricane on someone but it shouldn't be a shock that a 60+ woman alone making major decisions might decide this is too much.Tried meeting him twice for the money. First time he said someone was on the way with a check then after mins said they couldn't make itSecond time he said meet him at the same job site around the corner from my house in the subdivision. He wasn't there. It would be MORE than fair if he returned $and kept $(for - $mold kits that he got with his contractor discount and walking across the street or from next door).
