We recently bought a new home, and we were referred to Jeremy's company. We were a tad hesitaant as the last home inspector we hired did not live up to the expectations; however, I can say without a doubt that Jeremy was worth every penny.
Jeremy was professional and pleasant from the beginning, and also very accommodating on dates and times.
He assured us that we were making a great investment; however, we pointed out some things that needed work, such as a basement window that appeared to be leaking. He had a high tech moisture detector, as well as other equipment that could sense leaks though the walls. He could also dectect heat coming out of vents, to ensure the room would be heated well. Our new home has infloor heating, and he was able to see that it was done properly.
The seller is fixing quite a few things that would have cost us a few thousand dollars; so the money spent on our home inspection with On The Money was well worth it.
We will recommend Jeremy's company to anyone who asks; he was professional, walked us through all parts of the house and what he was looking at, and areas that needed some attention. He also provided a great report that we can use for years to come to maintain our new home.
