I will NEVER recommend anyone to use this location. The owner, Scott, is a complete [redacted]! I do not know if he has a bad attitude because I am a women or because of my race. He was very disrespectfully to me. He said that I was badgering [redacted], his son, because I was asking the same question over again. If a customer brings their vehicle in for servicing and the company breaks a part trying to repair another part. Who is to blame? He said that I should be happy that they did not charge me a service charge verses a $15 part. That $15 part will cost me a $1000 to get a new set of rims for my car because my rims are discontinued. I am not asking for a new set of rims but don't speak to me like you are doing me a favor by not charging me. Scott, the owner, is an unprofessional and rude individual! I will never do business with this location and will tell everyone that I know never to use this location. If a man brought his vehicle to OK Tires and now the centerpiece of his rims is broken plus the owner, Scott, states that the cap is a cheap piece of plastic and it was not their fault that it is now broken. I think the outcome would be different!
