OnQ Day Spa apologizes for the late response regarding this issue. The manager that the customer spoke to honored our company policy by rejecting the gift certificate. We make sure before every purchase of a gift certificate...
to notify the customer of our 90 day expiration date. All of our gift certificates also have printed on them that they do expire in 90 days. We are sorry for the misunderstanding, but we cannot go against company policy.
