I moved into Crosspoint last summer and I have found they are too strict on their rules. My mom had me watch her dog for a week while she was having surgery and they found out about it and charged me a violation fee. Now my mom needs to give up her dog for medical reasons and I want to keep him but management won’t let me because he is over their weight limit. They also sent letters out about keeping patios cleaned up. They won’t let me keep my stuff out there because they say it is too much. Their rules are too restrictive and I will move out when my lease is up.
We were all very happy with the timeliness with which our sink problem was addressed. We love leasing from a company that takes care of issues quickly,well and respects our home and privacy in the process!
