Review: On June 1st, I got my Pierce Transit ORCA card re-charged (for $72.00) at the Safeway store on 38th Street. The store manager did it, but apparently didn't do it correctly. The pass worked for a day, then showed up as blank. I took it back to them, but there wasn't much they could do with it, and so I took it to Pierce Transit, but they were spectacularly unhelpful with it, and recommended that I speak with ORCA about it.

I called them, and they told me to take it back down to Pierce Transit, which I did, and they replaced the card, but told me that the money for the pass would be on there in a week. On June 11th, the pass was still showing as "insufficient funds", as if there still weren't anything on the card.Desired Settlement: Either a full refund of my $72.00, a partial refund for this month, or they can put the $72.00 onto my ORCA card for next month.
