RE: Your Negative Experience- Revdex.com Complaint ID: ***Friday, September 18,
I am responding to a complaint received from the Revdex.com regarding your frustration with a recent ORCAcard transactionI have also attempted to
contact you at the daytime phone number ***) listed in your complaint on September 10, and September 18, I understand your frustrations in wanting to be able to useyour value immediately and apologize for the negative experience you have had
Value added to an ORCA card online or over the phone, takes 24-hours to process due to the remote nature of thetransactionWhile we are not able to change that in the current system, we are working on the next version of ORCAand it will definitely address this requestThe information below is listed on the orcacard.com shopping cart screen priorto submitting payment:
• Value added takes 24-hours to process.• Tap your card within days at an ORCA card readerAfter days contact ORCA Customer Service to reactivatethe E-purse. • Need value for immediate use? Go to an ORCA customer service office, a participating retailer or a ticketvending machine.
Although the information is posted, I understand your concerns and would like to offer you the following resolution.Provided you surrender your ORCA card (***) by mailing it in to the addressed listed in my signature, I can refundthe $you added back to your credit cardSend you a new card at no charge to you, loaded with any funds thatwere on the card not included in the $transaction

Review: On June 1st, I got my Pierce Transit ORCA card re-charged (for $72.00) at the Safeway store on 38th Street. The store manager did it, but apparently didn't do it correctly. The pass worked for a day, then showed up as blank. I took it back to them, but there wasn't much they could do with it, and so I took it to Pierce Transit, but they were spectacularly unhelpful with it, and recommended that I speak with ORCA about it.
I called them, and they told me to take it back down to Pierce Transit, which I did, and they replaced the card, but told me that the money for the pass would be on there in a week. On June 11th, the pass was still showing as "insufficient funds", as if there still weren't anything on the card.Desired Settlement: Either a full refund of my $72.00, a partial refund for this month, or they can put the $72.00 onto my ORCA card for next month.
