Review: My father was in hospice. We called funeral homes to pre plan funeral arrangements. I called them and got a quote over the phone. As my mother was on a budget we went with this company as they had the lowest price. We met with the director and was told a price but never signed a contract. Our bill is about $600 higher. One of the reasons they said it was is that our casket and vault were prepaid thru the cementary and the prices quoted were for if you buy casket and vault from them. They never told me that until after we got the bill. Basically, 2 prices depending on how much money you spend. Also when questioned they don't know why the director did not give me the contract. We were there to organize plans and 2 more days for the funeral and visiting. Never mention the contract to us at all.Desired Settlement: Bill is not paid, we are paying it this week but less the disputed amount until we hear about this. Would like to pay the amount quoted - $2200 plus extras which makes it about $3000
