Thank you for your concern and efforts in this small matterThis is really a matter of principal and not great monetary lossAs of today, I have not been contacted by anyone from that particularMcDonald's franchise or the Corporation. I am not satisfied with
the regional store’s management or Corporate policies in effect. Many excuses could be cited; busy, had to cook more, order fell thru the cracks, etc. however, I took time to address the situation via the web site on the receipt. I expected the Corporation would use this to monitor these incidents to keep a good customer relation and image of their company. It should not be unreasonable to ask for a refund for a food order I never received at all.Once again Thank you, and have a good day.John ***
