We work very hard to have excellent customer service and have a dedicated Customer Service Representative. She is extremely responsive and organized. We acknowledge we are not perfect but do stand behind our products. Our Customer Service Rep had already called this person back before this complaint... was filed, but the person did not call back with the necessary information to process the replacement. We have reached out again and expect to get a replacement out once the information has been provided. Thanks, ***
