I moved into Crosspoint last summer and I have found they are too strict on their rules My mom had me watch her dog for a week while she was having surgery and they found out about it and charged me a violation fee Now my mom needs to give up her dog for medical reasons and I want to keep him but management won’t let me because he is over their weight limit They also sent letters out about keeping patios cleaned up They won’t let me keep my stuff out there because they say it is too much Their rules are too restrictive and I will move out when my lease is up
We were all very happy with the timeliness with which our sink problem was addressedWe love leasing from a company that takes care of issues quickly,well and respects our home and privacy in the process!
I woke up after hearing a leak and then heard a knock on the doorI opened up the door to the utility closet to find a main line had sprung open a bitWhen my neighbor told me it had leaked to the floor below, I definitely believed him as a water was spraying all overThe maintenance worker did a phenomenal job explaining what had to be done and kept me in the loop from when he first knocked to when he leftTo be honest, O'Neil has been incredible whenever I've needed maintenance work or just had questionsWhatever you guys are doing, keep it upI was with *** last year and now kicking myself that I didn't go with ya'll last yearThanks!!
