I want to tell anyone who needs a home inspection that these guys are totally awesomeI knew nothing about a home inspection before we bought a house in Titusville, FLI spoke to Laura L*** on the phone times to schedule our initial inspection and subsequently for reinspectionsShe was so pleasantly friendly, helpful and caringRob J*** completed all three inspections and he could not have been more caring and helpfulTrevor also assisted Rob with the initial inspection and was equally professional and helpfulRob pointed out all problems as well as assets about our home and made numerous suggestions for maintaining equipment, plumbing, a/c/heating, roof/ gutters and other minor areas of maintenance that I would not have knownWe had a problem with the roofer not completing work that would make the roof sound and for us to have our VA loan approvedRob was kind enough to come out twice to point out what was needed to this roofer who I might add was not gracious or professional about the help being offeredI honestly feel that we are so much better prepared for many happy years living in our new home because of Rob's attention to detail and his commitment to us to be sure that we would be buying the home of our dreams that was in the best shapeIf you are looking for a company that does highest quality of work is reasonably priced and will go out of their way for their customersThis is the one that you should choose for you home inspection
