O'Briens Carpet One Floor & Home

I went with a company that I thought would provide better service then a big box/discount store, that has not happened We had removed a wall & two rooms became one The floor is not flat, it is lumpy where the wall was removed Then they ran out of material three quarters of the way done laying the floor, obviously someone measured wrong The installer calls me at work and wants to know what to do Why are they calling me, I didn't measure or order it Had to wait for that to be re-ordered and come in No one called to let me know the addtional floor was in, I had to call and check They were suppose to correct the lumpy floor and that didn't happenI asked for but never received a final invoice I then call this week wanting to speak to a manager, that I did not want to talk the sales person I was dealing with Who calls me the sales person I did not want to deal with again I am very disappointed with the service and quality of work I received at OBriens Carpet one

After a category flood in our home, we had to have all of our carpeting replaced as well as the vinyl flooring in one bathroomWe needed other re-construction as well, but the carpet and vinyl replacement has been by far the best experience out of the entire re-construction productWe worked with Brenda at O Brien's, and she was very patient and knowledgeable while we were deciding on which flooring to selectOnce the product was ordered, O Brien's was there promptly to do the job in the timeline projectedI highly recommend O Brien's to all my friends and families, and they will be my vendor of choice in the future for our flooring needsWe are thrilled with our new carpet and vinyl!
