Theft
Waitress altered my receipt and added additional $5.00 to tip that I had authorized. Food & service was great, but that small incident has tainted my review and respect for company

New General Manager
We have been to the O'Charley's in Cary, NC four times in the last 3 weeks. After many problems there during the Pandemic, they have finally hired a new GM, Elijah. He is a great addition there, he has brought things back to what we used to enjoy there. We have had the Lousianna Sirloin Steak 3 times and under his direction it is always perfectly cooked the way we ordered it. His knowledge and expertise of the restaurant business is superb.

Ok but Inconsiderate
Have been there before. Food is okay & service is good. However I was choking on bro coli & could not breathe. My roommate did heimlich maneuver on me to cough it up.No one who worked there assisted or showed any concern.

Bad all around
We met two of our friends for dinner 3/20/21 and the girl said 15 min wait. An hour later we finally were seated. While waiting, we saw so many people leave. One woman got up with 5 other people and said they had been sitting at their table for an hour and no one came over to take their order. They left. The food was not good. The fries were limp and my husband's hamburger was burnt. Will never go back. This is the one in Spartanburg, SC

Unacceptable
We had a party of 4 and were told 10 minute wait and ended up walking out after waiting for an hour AND talking to a manager. We witnessed multiple parties being sat before us who came in after us. To make things worse, we had 2 hungry children who had to wait for an hour and then end up waiting even longer because the restaurant couldn’t figure out how to make it right and provide basic customer service.

Had two separate orders: fish and chips (fish were extremely small)
The other order was for the Nashville hot chicken sandwich.
To my surprise and shock the sandwich was not eatable. The chicken was dry and burned ( not anywhere crispy)
The sauce was burned on to the chicken, and this was slapped between two hard burned pieces of bun.
No coleslaw no condiments on the bread.
This is not what I expect from O'Charley's
If I did not reside so far away from the restaurant, I would have returned it!
Someone needs to be retrained.
Highly disappointed in our food.
