Not honoring the warranty I purchased a [redacted] from Daniel Honda and also pruchased the Powertrain ProtectionWithin the first month I started having problems took it in to get checked and my sway bar links are loosei called the Powertrain Protection company and they said I need to talk to Daniel Honda cause that is a preexisting problem and that its not covered I go to Daniel Honda and they said that they do a certified check and they didnt see that at the time of the inspection so their is nothing they can do and that I will have to pay for it

Faulty rear entertainment unit in *** Honda *** purchased in ***(brand newDealership can't/won't fix
In *** we purchased a brand new *** Honda *** with the rear entertainment package in the first few months we noticed the DVD player in the back for the kids was not working (screen goes black and the console in the front reads, "Network Connection Lost" We finally took it into the dealer in *** and they told us it was a known issue that Honda was working on a fix for, but there was nothing they could do about it until then As of ***, nine months after purchase, we still do not have a functioning DVD player and are getting the same answer, "We know about it but can't do anything for you and don't have any kind of ETA on when a fix will be available." There has been zero help solving the issue and we are basically being told "tough luck." Have spoken to their shop manager as well as several other managers at O'Daniel Honda and even Honda corporate

I was lied to about what kind of remote start I was getting and who was installing itThe install was done incorrectly

Purchased used vehicle with several substantial undisclosed faultsContacted dealer for remedy; dealer offered no assistance
I purchased a vehicle from O'Daniel Honda, salesman *** ***, ***I observed what appeared to be residual oil on the oil filter housing and asked *** *** about it; I was given a multi-point vehicle inspection at the time of sale stating that there were no existing faults with the vehicleSince the purchase the car has not been performing as expected and the leak I identified at the time of meeting *** *** has continued to leakOn my way to *** on *** for drill the car stopped running and informed me it was a quart low on oilI was able to get a quart in and get the car back on the road
I scheduled an appointment with a reputable *** repair shop to get it looked at *** and the technicians informed me there were several substantial issues wrong with the vehicle in addition to the oil leak that *** *** tol

Had the best experience purchasing a new vehicle I have ever had Peter *** was helpful, respectful and so knowledgeable without being overbearing like so many in this field He was straightforward with his presentation on the $$ I had done a lot of research on costing, he was there from the beginning I have never had a sale go so smoothly, so fair Thank you Peter for making it a great experience!

Purchase process went ok, but afterwards we noticed there were slices in the leather on two seatsI alerted the dealership right away and I was told this would be taken care of, even if new seats would have to be put inAfter I dropped the car off they decided to change their mind and told me it was my fault, and would not honor fixing itThis is a car that had less then miles on it and it looks like a blade cut the seatI have had multiple cars with leather seats and have never had an issueIf you happen to go with O'Daniel watch out for Chad *** and Jason ***

Poor or no service on my *** Honda *** Recall and Warranty issues, i.edoor locks, air bags and full A/C systemNo help from Customer Service
In ***- I took my Honda *** in for a belt (part was $** and Labor $***I also asked to have the recalled driver side door lock replacedI was called and told it was all done and went to pick it up and found out it wasn't done (they forgot the door lock) and I then waited hourThe new Door Lock ended up being faulty and I had to go back days later, another minutes of my time wastedI received a recall notice on the air bags in ***In this same visit (above) I asked about the air bags and was told they had none at that timeTo this day, they still claim to have noneOne week later I called in about the AC on this same vehicle not working properly, i.enot blowing cold airI was told to bring it by for a quick test so they could see what would be involvedI brought it in on *** to have that checked a

Air filter was removed in an attempt to sell me replacement, then not reinstalled correctly causing loud engine noise and engine damage
We took our car in for air conditioning service and an oil change They called asking if we wanted the air filter changed and I said no When we got the car back the engine seemed louder than before We scheduled an appointment to look into the engine noise and replace a leaking shock that was found during the previous appointment They said they went through everything in the engine and were unable to duplicate the engine noise I was certain it was louder than it previously was I then had a trusted mechanic look and he immediately found the air filter housing completely unlatched He latched it and the noise went away I have strong doubts that any mechanic at O'Daniel even looked under the hood in an attempt to diagnose The car was driven for a month with that completely unlatched They unlatched it (without me asking them to), failed t
