When the truck got here the lower part of heater/a/c box was damaged (it was broken and leaking water on floor) We quoted the job out and told Mr [redacted] that it was more than on days job (This was a few weeks prior to him dropping it off) We called him on Thursday and told him it would be Friday before it was finished.As for the scratches on dash & glove box, it was the same as it was when it came in
