I am rejecting this response because:
The business responded by stating that they have spoken to their employees about this situation and posted it in their break roomThat's great, I can live with that however they continue to say that they have spoken to me numerous times and reassured me they have taken care of itThe problem I have is I have never had any communication from this business other than my initial phone call when I asked the business owner to respect homeowners wishes when they have posted "don't not hang anything on my door" on their no soliciting signDuring this initial call I was cursed at and hung up onThis is the only contact this business and I have hadI would like from the business to explain why they say they have talked to me and why they say they reassured me it won't happen again when we have only spoken once

The home owner called our business Monday December 12th,2016, upset about the flyer left on his doorI explained I had hired some young men to deliver flyers, and apologized for them not adhering to the No Soliciting sign he had posted at his residenceI went over this with all my
employee's and also posted it in our work areaThis homeowner continues to call us about this issue, and we continue to reassure him that I have instructed all employee's to not leave any flyers at his residence
