***'s driveway was installed August, 2013. Unfortunately, there was popping but well within industry standards.Our proposal clearly states that we remedy defects in workmanship only, for year. This was not a workmanship error but to please my customer and to rectify the
situation we negotiated a grid and color job. This was done not once but twice because she wasn't happy with the modeling of the color at O'Leary Concrete's expense. O'Leary Concrete went well over and above especially on a non-workmanship issue which is now well out of the warranty period; almost years later.Thank you,*** ***

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.*** O'Leary did have my driveway pitting and crumbling ground out and colored in March or April He assured me that would fix the pitting and crumbling issue It did not, when I called him in March 2015, he set up a date to replace my driveway on 8/17/ He said that the pitting and crumbling of my driveway should not have happened and that he would replace it.I sincerely believe that *** misled me in March when the driveway was ground out and colored and he stated that it would fix the problem What he did was to put me off with a bandaid fix until the year warranty was up He lied and was dishonest with me.Then in March he lied and was dishonest with me again when he promised to replace my driveway on 8/17/ Again, another delaying tactic to put me off Unfortunately this was a telephone conversation & not an email The only thing he did text me about was on June was to state that there was nothing he could do for me.I want to know the name of the concrete supplier that he used on my driveway *** O'Leary says he is not responsible for the disintegrating concrete, he says the supplier is not responsible for the disintegrating concrete so the purchaser is the only responsible party? This can't be right.Concrete driveways are supposed to last up to years, my new $*** driveway lasted less than a year Then I was put off with a temporary fix to put me out past the year's warranty This is clearly dishonest
