To whom it may concern,This customer was sadly misinformed by a disgruntled former employee who had been recently firedHe was in fact in our schedule to have his roof completedWhen OLinchy Construction Services found out about the miscommunication we took every effort to promptly fix the situation with our customerWe contacted the client and gave him all materials that had already been purchased for his job and refunded and difference in deposit he had givenWe received $3,from the clientThe client received $3,in job materials that had already been purchased and our client also received a refund of $from his deposit on the jobHe was fully refunded between his materials and money left over0'Linchy Construction has not moved and still resides at [redacted] where it has been since May of This was a very unfortunate situation and we are happy to have resolved it with our client in a timely mannerI received notice of this issue on 08/28/and the issue was fully resolved by 09/16/Here at O'Linchy Construction Services LLC we take our reputation very seriously and always do right by our customersThe Revdex.com has contacted this client and confirmed that we took care of this situation with him and that ail funds were refunded
