Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regardless of the fact that I did speak with the manager todayHe did in fact state he would allow me to use the online percent off of a new vehicleI am sure that it still has speculations in regards to the type of vehicleBut, I do not believe that this is the full issueThe main issues is the fact that they had sold me a car year ago that depreciated so much in value they really do not want it backThis vehicle, that is a wonderful car, can now not be sold at the price to even come near to what is owed on itAlso, the same car lot that I had purchased on year ago will not buy this car back nor give me anywhere close to less then what I bought it forThe manager stated that the car lot did not make much money off of the sale last year when it was sold to me (which in fact could not talk them down last year)He also stated that when the stock market drops you do not blame your stock brokerAgain, this is not the stock marker, we are talking about a car that they sold me months ago loosing thousand dollars in value.Purchase the car with tax and title out the door a little over thousandyear later we now owe thousand on the vehicleSame licensed care retailer will not give me even 6,for the car that they sold for over thousand a year ago? it simply does not make sense to me and I do in fact feel like my family received the short end of the stick and was backed in to a corner and pockets picked with this deal Regards, [redacted]

I'm sorry Ms.*** was unhappy with her visit to our storeAs always we are happy to honor the price advertised on the internet, if the customer is unhappy with the offer on her trade in she is free to sell it on her own where she may get a higher priceWhen the sales manager talked to her about
her trade in he was referring to market value not the stock market as that has no bearing used car valuesIt is always disappointing for customers who like to trade their vehicles within the first couple of years from purchase as this is the time of greatest depreciationAt this time we are willing to offer Ms*** $4,for her trade in. *** ***Kerry Buick GMC

Kerry Buick GMC fully understands the customers frustration and concern to have her vehicle returned to her. We are working with a wiring/electrical repair and they can be timely and very tedious. We are currently working diligently to get this issue with the overhead interior dome
lamps repaired, and repaired correctly. We will have the General Sales Manager touch base with the customer today to work with her on resolving her concerns, and requests

The customer service was beyond poor and they were very rudeAnd they didn't offer viable explanations for the repair issuesHowever finally I did speak with the GM Joel C*** he was very respectful and apologeticAnd I was promised to have my truck returned to me tomorrow morning

Yes we have gotten everything from them that was needed

This matter has been resolvedThe customer had signed multiple as is forms for the purchase of this SaabWe want to assure the complete satisfaction of all our customers for long term relationshipsWe chose in this particular deal the best resolution for both parties would be for us to allow the
customer to return the vehicle and refund the money spent. Thank you Th
