I am rejecting this response because: I signed a contract agreeing to the terms of a loanThey then called me and told me that I have to put an additional $3,down or return the carI still to this date have not received one penny of my down payment.They also refused to
give me my credit rejection letter from the lender which is against my rights according to the EEOC

The documents that were provided to myself Logan which I am a femaleWas not my signature and the date on the document was dated one month before I purchased the carThe documents is dated 3/and all my other paperwork was dated 4/9/ Also both people in the loan didn't not sign this documentAnd this document was not disclosed to my fanance companyThe flat out told me of they had know that this car was a branded lemon title they would not have funded the loan The for was also not check off on any part of it stating that this was a branded title I want then to refund my money or put me in a brand new car for the same price or give me full trade in value so I can purchase a new car.

To Whom It May Concern, *** *** did not purchase a vehicle from O'Meara Ford. From what we understand, Mr*** picked a truck that he likes and is happy with, but his family members wanted him to get a different vehicle. We respectfully ask for this complaint to be removed

I would not recommend this dealership to anyoneThey have been in business for many years and you would think they would handle customer service betterI will keep filing complaints as long as they are not willing to do anything in this matter

To whom it may concern: *** *** did purchase a warranty at the time of purchase on 12/16/ and in the documents he used to submit a claim it is clearly stated in the terms of the contract that proper maintenance is requiredThe claim was denied by the warranty company due to *** *** not
being able to provide the required supporting documents of having preformed the required maintenanceHe has tried to dispute the denial of his claim. And we have no way of helping him at this point we can only express our sorrow in him having bought from us and ending up in this situation

I spoke with one of your coworkers earlier today and told her we dealing with a disgruntled former employee here As soon as management became aware we undid the dealShe since been harassing the sales person whom tried to sell her the car threating to do what ever she can to cause us harmI
mentioned to the person that works with you we have a form in her paperwork that clearly states not to do anything to the vehicle until the financing is finalized and we tell the customer that its ok to alter the vehicleUnfortunately the form was not signed it was in the paperwork blank, so we will give her the $if she will contact Emilie M*** the manager on the deal***

I have personally spoken with *** ***We agreed to a refund of the diagnostic charge for the A/C repairA check will be sent to the customer's address this afternoon

I am rejecting this response because: I believe that the decision made by this company to not honor the warranty based on lack of receipts for oil I purchased for the vehicle is wrong Being a mechanic for years I maintained the vehicle myself rather than pay the prices they charge in order to keep the records they now say are required As my original complain indicates, we have had nothing but issues with this dealership since purchasing the car and their denial has just added to the opinion I hold of their very poor business practices *** *** has reached out to me and I am hopeful that he will help come to a decent resolution of the issue If that happens, I will be happy to withdraw my complaint Fingers crossed

I was very very clear on the condition of my trade in, there were no surprises thereI would have never made the trip up there had I been told that the offer I made was not going to be enoughI clearly stated my offer and trade in to the salesman via email, voicemail and text, yet somehow the price increased by 4k once I got there! I find that to be unacceptable
