This is regarding complaint ID of submitted on 9/7/about Ventu Park MobilHere are the facts of this incident.The customer purchased cigarettes and charged $for gas on pump #This is around 5pm when the station was really busyShe comes in and asks [redacted] that she left without getting gas and wants her money backWe have receipts to back all this with date and time [redacted] told her that she never asked him to stop the pump before leaving without getting gas and unfortunately another customer got $of her gas as she left the pump onThe balance $goes back on her credit card as she herself claims in her complaintThis was a credit sale and [redacted] didn't give her $to another customer or knowlingly her gas eitherShe was yelling and screaming disrupting the business and wouldn't let [redacted] take customers as he was trying to reach the manager which he didThat was the reason he called the police as people left the line and she went from one cash register to another stopping him from helping customersShe yelled at the manager stating, "I need my fking money back."
