This complaint is in regards to a transaction involving placement of a brand new engine into a *** *** The Lopers mechanic Mike advised customer *** *** (spouse) that he could perform an engine swap with the *** engine into the *** in a matter of weeks! The engine was purchased and delivered to the mechanic on July 17th Bottom line, it is now September 20th and there is no deadline in sight Every single week he promises the car back and that it will be ready by the end of the week and that time never comesWhenever my husband goes down to Loper's to check on the progress they appear to be working on it, but there are always plenty of excuses as to why it is not done yetMeanwhile, my husband is using my car days a week to go to work, etcand I need my car back!
If we cannot resolve this by the end of the week I want the car towed off site to another repair shopI will call an attorney and I advise that we will not pay a cent of this futile
