I am rejecting this response because:I was able to complete the installation of the new hinges on the one cabinet door by myselfI no longer need the contractor for this issueThis was a simple task, but the contractor stonewalled me for months.If I have other issues with the contractor's work, I would like some assurance any issues will be dealt with in a timely matterThe contractor left a message for me yesterday, but I don't feel comfortable discussing this matter with himI would prefer he responds to the Revdex.com
The business did do a project for the consumer that finished in the summer of When the business left the job, the consumer was happy with the work However, the consumer wanted the cabinet doors to open more than degrees, which required other hardware.The owner recently talked
to the cabinetmaker to inquire about the hardware The cabinetmaker said he it directly to the consumer.The business owner will reach out to the consumer to see how they can resolve the matter
