service her gas fireplaceTherefore putting her on the immediate defensive and aggressive modeShe insisted on directing my actions and constructive responses to the task at handI have a great respect for the elderly, as I am one myselfOut of all my many customers over the years, she has received the best pricing to dateThe pricing is to for the maintenance of one's gas fireplace with a certification and documentation that the unit is in good working order.I am hoping that in the future this customer has more concern for the respect and acknowledgement of other professionals, than for her limited understanding of the gas fireplace industryThis complaint is unwarranted and a obsession to win over in a domain she has no experience Request denied !Respectfully yours,Joe O.Retired *** Gas Serviceman Start date

September 10, 2016Dear *** ***, I read your letter of September 6, on my email account and I am responding in writing as requested I do not agree with anything that Joe Osaid in his response to you in his letter dated Sept6, This man is trying to create a better image of himself but did not tell you what he did when he was here As I said before, he did not clean the fireplace or set it up nicely at all The man did nothing practically for the minutes that he worked on the fireplace and collected $for it and left He also certainly did try care tactics on me with the way he talked to me and the words he used Nothing has changed and I still feel that I should get my money back because he did not do the job the way he did in the past Sincerely,
