We changed a ignition coil and spark plug because the engine was misfiringThe customer came back a few days later and said the engine started to misfire againI explained that there were coils for each of the cyclinders and that it was obcious another wine had went badHe got itrate and asked why we couldn't have fixed it or found it earlierI explained that there's no way to tell u less it's bad and when he took the truck after repair it was running fineHe began to shout and demand that I fix it immediately and that's when I told him that he needs to leave and get it fixed somewhere elseWe offer a year warranty on all parts and laborIf he has a valid warranty claim I'll be happy to give him a refundHe's just mad because I told him I wouldn't do anymore business with him anymore

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As I stated previously, O'Sung damaged my car when hooking up my car to be towedThe driver heard it, admitted it, called the owner who then told him to tell me to bring the car in for repairWhen I bring my car in, the owner then refuses to accept responsibility by stating that there is no way his truck did the damageHe says that it is my word against his word and to take him to court or call my insurance companyI am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com because that is the only recourse to ensure that the public is aware of his bad business behaviorIt seems as if a standard business practice of his is to deny responsibility and hope that the client doesn't take him to court and that, if taken to court, the judge decides in his favor instead of just being honest and repairing the damage doneTypically when someone is dishonest, it is not a one time occurrence, therefore I feel it is my responsibility to inform future potential customers of his shady business practices and what he did to me so that others are protected in the futureI was lucky that the company who contracted him took care of the damages but that doesn't mean what he did is right or okayHe should reimburse the company who paid for the repair for the damages for which he/his company are liable Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Initially the customer came and asked me for a quote, I told her to go through her ins co. She came back with an ins estimate and we proceeded to repair her car according to the estimate. I even texted her pics of the new parts being painted. When she came to pick up the car we
forgot to install the rim and told her to come back in an hour. During the process we noticed the center cap was damaged and told her we had to order it and she needed to come back in a week when it came in (this is the part she's saying we didn't replace and that she had to come back a week later). Then she comes back saying that she wants some money back because she had to pay the deductible out of pocket and that it wasn't her fault and if I could give her a discount. I told her sorry but we did what the ins copaid us to do and then some. She called me shady and said I was prejudice because she's a woman and that I'm trying to take advantage of her. I told her to leave, because it was a Saturday and that I would call her when the cap came in. When the cap arrived I texted her. She came and demanded an "itemized list of things we changed" or she was gonna call the cops. Cops came, I gave them a copy of the estimate and invoice from *** ***. She left and now this. We have a lifetime warranty on all bodywork so why didn't she point this out when she came back? If her claims were true just as an example, the part she said that wasn't replaced is $93.50, why is she asking for a $refund??? That alone should tell you what her motive is. On a positive note, I'll still honor any warranty claims she has as long as its not self inflicted. Before and after pics are attached as well as the text I sent her

The damages on the bumper don't coincide with her story I also spoke with my driver and he said that he reversed in dead center and didn't feel anything The damage is to the right front of edge Our tow truck has a rod like tip that would of pushed in the bumper if it were as she
explained When I tried to explain that to her she became irate and started to yell at me At that point I told her to leave She was being irrational and started to harass and threaten me I'm ready to have a jury see the evidence provided that her bumper was damaged from her own carelessness She said herself that BMW is paying for the damages If so then why even waste more of everyone's time?

I gave her a quote that she didn't like it so I turned around and walked awayI didn't do anything wrong and never collected a cent from her I reserve the right to speak freely and refuse service

People have the right to say and post what they want and so do I, it's called the First Amendment

We called back the customer on February 12, 2015, at around 4:p.mto apologize for not giving her a quote prior to repairing the vehicle We are also sending her an apology letter in the mail

I just read a complaint submitted to the Revdex.com against O'Sung Auto Body & Paint shopI had a similar experience, but mine was even worstThe owner, who the previous complainant described as being 6' + actually got up into my face (a distance that violates personal space with the intent of being physically threatening), using his height and his aggression to intimidate me, saying "What are you going to do??? Do something!" he said challenging me"Make your move!" He said this over and over againLike the previous complaint, he used the fact that I was at his business and he was the owner to justify his actionsThis kind of customer treatment is needless to say, highly unprofessional, especially when it was he that initiated the conflict and kept escalating it
