I recently had work done on my Macbook Pro I was at work sorting folders on my laptop when my screen shut down, rebooted, went to the start up and would not let me log in I spoke with Jonathan Rans about my issue He was extremely helpful in discovering the problem, apparently the logic board had failed, and due to the age of my laptop Apple would no longer make the repair I was in a bit of a panic that I would lose all data along with pictures I had saved Jonathan assured me that he would safely recover anything that was lost if that issue arose, but would replace my logic board in no time The service was speedy, informative and the tech was not too hard on the eyes My computer came back to me in superb condition and I have had no issues since I would definitely recommend OAC Technology
