September 02nd, From: Oahu Appliance & Ref., LLC [redacted] **Honolulu, HI [redacted] Tel: [redacted] To: Revdex.com Of Hawaii Re: Case# [redacted] : Mrs [redacted] We have responded to this service call through [redacted] and when the technician went there the [redacted] washer pump the bracket that hold the pump broken and the technician told the customer that he will temporary fixed it so she can usc the washerThe technician did tell her that the part is currently factory back order and there no where has this part and there is no eta (estimate of arrival)We even told [redacted] that the part is back order and we only temporary fixed it, we never told [redacted] that it was fixWe did call and left a message for her when she called again to check on it that when the part is available we will contact her to setup another aptThe tech even left her his number but she never call him backMrs [redacted] contact [redacted] for service in the first place and if she cannot get a whole of us she can always contact [redacted] for status, because we always update with [redacted] She should know that the unit is only temporary fixed and if the problem occurred she shouldn't be using it and wait for the part coming Sincerely, [redacted] Owner

I heard from my sister what a good job Oahu Appliance (***-***) had done for her after someone else had come earlier and quite unsuccessfully tried to repair her refrigerator When she called ***, he immediately saw the cause of the problem and fixed it so she recommended the company to me Our problem was that water was leaking under the fridge and we didn't know exactly where it was coming from and being in a condo, we didn't want it going down to the unit below us I called his cell no***-*** in the morning around amsince my sister said that if you call the office at ***-***, you would have to leave a message most times, and then he would call you back so calling the cell was more direct I was able to talk to ***, who seemed to be on his way to an appointment and he said he could be at our place late that afternoon so we were happy that we could attend to our problem as soon as possible When *** came, he could immediately spot the problem upon checking the back of the refrigerator Needless to say, he fixed the leaking water tube that led to our water dispenser in our refrigso that we could get our filtered water again In addition, we wanted the rubber around the refrigdoor replaced since it was somewhat torn at the bottom and leaking cold air He ordered the part from our apartment and returned the next day to install it What more can I ask for a job done quickly and efficiently I just had to write this POSITIVE comment because all too often, when a good job is done, it goes unnoticed and TAKEN FOR GRANTED We look too often and take notice only the NEGATIVE experiences I just wanted to point out that OAHU APPLIANCE can do a good job and particularly *** is a capable repair technicianWritten by satisfied customer
