Rarely does a service surpass expectations -Tim's did that for me I called Tim's Plumbing a few months ago as I was having some water softener problems They were patient and understanding that I didn't want to just replace the entire system, even though that was the best suggestion they had for the problems involved They humored me and did a partial fix as I requested Before long they were back helping service the system that was still not functioning properly They took it a step farther and rather than telling me "I told you so", they helped me afford the fix by crediting me back the hard costs expending already into the first attmept, then fixed the problem After another couple of weeks, this fix then focused pressure on other areas of weaknesses I was having with the water heating system They came out again on a very timely baisis (within days), worked out a plan and did an otstanidng job cleaning up the area, re-working the plumbing and installing the new fixtures Did a great job cleaning up a messy situation Each time their techintian was on time or called and made sure he made it to my place even if later in the evening Each time they were proactive and upbeat and got the job done well and effeciently Outstanding and surprising Just a note, I used other servieces prior to Tim's; the first one made the very mess we were cleaning up on the water softener The second was one of those in town that pledge to be there within hours or they pay you....Yeah they send out a sales rep within that time frame...someone right? Then you"re put on a list with someone else maybe within that week, that you now have to review the project all over again, then wait for them to return with what they need to address the problem - what what...?
