Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Until the refund actually posts in my [redacted] account this issue is not resolvedI see no current or pending transactions for the refund Secondarily, I find it extremely interesting the vendor keeps claiming their table is not the same as other units I have foundHow would they know? I have not advised them of where I have found the other unitsSo it remains a mystery to me of how they are able to make such a claim I have found several examples of competitors selling the same table for $ which is exactly half of what this vendor regularly asks for this table at $ The vendor also claims this table is their best sellerIf so, then why was it that a customer such as myself needed to wait 7+ weeks and counting for delivery of the table? One would expect the vendor to have at least a couple of their best seller units to be in stockOne would expect the vendor to be able to predict sales based on previous months and order accordingly in order to have units in stock to fulfill customer orders quicklyrather than waiting 7+ weeks My main complaint here was the constantly shifting delivery timeWhile their doubling of the price over the competitors is also an issue it was secondary to my main complaintHad the vendor delivered the table the following week as the alluded to during the initial conversation none of this would have happenedand I would have just accepted the table The vendor needs to change their business model to provide more customer satisfaction rather than to be more convenient for themselvesCustomers do not care about a vendors internal issues Regards, [redacted] ***

resolved. I see no current or pending transactions for the refund.
Secondarily, I find it extremely interesting the vendor keeps claiming their table
is not the same as other units I have found. How would they know?
I have not advised them of where I have found the other units. So it remains a
mystery to me of how they are able to make such a claim.
I have found several examples of competitors selling the same table for $1200
which is exactly half of what this vendor regularly asks for this table at $2400.
The vendor also claims this table is their best seller. If so, then why was it that
a customer such as myself needed to wait 7+ weeks and counting for delivery
of the table? One would expect the vendor to have at least a couple of their
best seller units to be in stock. One would expect the vendor to be able to
predict sales based on previous months and order accordingly in order to
have units in stock to fulfill customer orders quickly... rather than waiting
