Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I was initially informed the refund would occur within 3-business days, hence the reason I filed the complaint and inquired 2-times and no one mentioned a day process I received the check shortly after I opened my case on 5/18/and the check came in the mail days later which was what I was expecting to have happen Regards, [redacted]

I received the check shortly after I opened my case on 5/18/17 and the check came in the mail 2 days later which was what I was expecting to have happen.

dismissal paperwork for the eviction in question. We also have pest control at our property the 1st 4 Monday's each month, you only have to request them to come to your apartment. We have only one work order for an ac from the past year, if you have maintenance issues, pelase contact the leasing office we are happy to assist. Lastly, we can take another 60 day notice to vacate, however we can not just let you out of your lease contract. Thank you,
