Oak Creek Apartments

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Office people are rude. Maintenance will take forever to come. I got charged for something maintenance was suppose to fix before I moved out . depending on if the People in the office like you will depend on how your stay will go .items from my property were stolen . my neighbors mail was stolen . this would be my last resort if I were you . . I just wish I would've seen the reviews before moving in . Any good reviews they have I doubt its a resident. EVERYONE I spoke with over there were either having problems with bugs, Maintenance or the People in the office. The office people asked me for papers for my first dog and for my second they told me they were able to tell me what type of dog I had and didn't need any papers. and if they felt it was a bad breed then the pet couldn't stay it didn't matter what the vet said.

I checked my credit report about a month ago and I found out I had the apartment oak creek villGe on there. But no one called me, I didn't receive my deposit back or no one called me letting me know. This was two years ago. So I called and got the collectors number. Still didn't get a call,so I called the beginning of this week again. Now they r saying I owe them 416 dollars. But I know that's not true because before I left oak creek village, they told me everything was good. Because I had to deal with roaches so bad for years. They never got rid of them. I finally decided 2 just move because their word didn't mean anything. The roaches had got so bad, I had 2 throw away every single thing n my apartment. I let them know this and they said my bill was zero. This whole time I'm thinking everything is ok but it's been on my credit. This is the most nasty place to live, and the people their seem to not know what they are doing. Because I asked to see why I owed them. They said they don't have that information, maybe the apartment wasn't cleaned out. And I know for sure it was and one of the lady's in the office came in and seen it before I moved out.Desired SettlementI just would like for the amount to be taken off my credit report. I plan on moving and I can't have a apartment on there holding me back and I don't owe them. I made sure I handled it before I moved because I didn't want 2 deal with this situation.Business Response [redacted] was charged for rent not received for her final month of her lease, May 2013 ($500) and late fee ($25). She was also charged eviction filing fees for Mays rent not being paid ($151.00) . She was charged $60 for carpet damages, $40 for cleaning fees and $40 for trash removal. She had a security deposit credit in the amount of $400 that was applied to the balance owed upon move-out. She had the right to be present for her move-out inspection and she chose not to be present. A letter was mailed out within 30 days upon her move-out and no dispute was received from her then. Her information is with a collection a company and once she contacted us over a month ago, we provided her with their contact information.
